  • Relaxation group,
    every Monday 21:30-22:00 and Thursday 21:00-21:30.

Relaxation is the beginning of the course towards the quest of our inner Self. Relaxation instantly brings calmness and a sense of well-being, and at the same is the base of a later on deepening into the Self through meditation. Only after we learn how to relax can we pass into real meditation and express our spiritual nature.
