Our Meditative Relaxation Group at Women and Health, knowing how difficult it is for someone to be in a hospital and how being alone makes it even more difficult, we have offered general support and help to many patients during their hospitalization; either by simply keeping them company and having friendly conversations, or by offering practical help in matters such as nutrition and daily hygiene when self-care is not possible.
