Every Sunday at 17:00, we hold a meditation group open to everyone at the non profit health centreWomen and Healthin Camden.

Come and learn how to relax the body, balance the emotions and calm down the thoughts.

Find out how to experience harmony and peacefulness in a simple, practical and very effective way that can bring immediate changes in your life and well-being.

The sessions are free, open to the general public and will be followed by an open discussion.
