Right in the heart of the festive season, from December 27th to 30th, we fulfilled our promise to the participants of our summer seminar held in August 2014 at Korfos, Corinthia, by organising a winter seminar, this time in the mountains, and more specifically in the picturesque village of Loutra Ypatis.

We also referred to practical ways of improving everyday life. Our programme was enriched with daily meditative relaxations, Dromen (角色扮演) 和 chorodromena.

Everything we talked about became better understood especially in the moments we spent all together as a group, whilst having lunch, drinking coffee and enjoying nights out.
