Groups of offering to the society: Meditative relaxation group

This group welcomes everyone. It takes place on a weekly basis and addresses all who want to learn how to relax and balance their body, emotions and thoughts.

Especially nowadays, the rhythm and conditions of everyday life increase the need for tranquility and unloading from stress, while the necessity for rest is very intense; our group responds to this need.

The results are spectacular both on a physical level and a psychological one.

  • CD “冥想放松”

In this CD we listen to three different forms of meditative relaxation, lasting about 15-17 minutes each, which help us remove tensions; rest our mind and body; and pass into a state of calmness and well-being, resulting in balanced emotions and a clear and uncluttered mind. Relaxation is the first and essential step to finding the inner self.

This leads to Meditation which helps us deepen into understanding the inner self.

Meditative relaxation is something that can be done any time of the day and as many times as wanted. The results are also immediate and valuable for our overall health.
